Hutto, Tx used to be farm land with alot of farmers, alot of ranches and a feed store. Progress moved in and now it is one hot little town. Hutto, is a great place to raise a family, open a business or eat at one of many really good restaurants. I used to think I would need a six pack to go way out there but in the last 2 years, they moved closer, they got a toll road, two highways signs (a very big deal), a Lowe's, a Home Depot, a Sonic, a liquor store and more.
It keeps going and going just like the energizer bunny. Try the Texan for down home Mom's good ole cooking, Rio Grande for the best Mexican food in the world, there's an Italian restaurant as well that is awesome. Yes, I like to eat. So, while it continues to grow, there are some great buys on homes and acreage. Sadly, the feed store is gone.
